As a trained Clinical Reflexologist, I offer a holistic, non-invasive approach to clients who are seeking relief from problematic, acute or chronic symptoms. Reflexology is based on the principle that every part of the body is interconnected with the feef (or hands), serving as a pathway to balance and resort the body's natural harmony. By stimulating specific reflex points, reflexology can relieve stress, ease tension and promote overall wellbeing. I  practice in my private treatment room in Victoria Park, at Victoria Park Osteopaths in Victoria Park in East London and at the London Health Clinic at 38 Lombard Street in the City of London.

Reflexology is a growing area of chosen therapies and often, both, patients and reflexologists are surprised by the extent to which people are helped by complementary approaches, and the results treatments can have.
An experienced reflexologist is able to identify from the feet, areas of the body that are affected by changing physiology of current, previous or impending pathologies and help to alter the course of illness from occurring, or at least to reduce its severity.

About Bioelectricity, Biomagnetism and Reflexology
Our feet are the most important sensory organ in our body, providing sensory information to every part of the body. Each foot contains over 200,000 nerve endings, 107 ligaments 19 muscles and 40 trillion cells. Every cell is its own little battery with its now little voltage providing electricity with immense power to restore the body's homeostasis.

Bioelectricity is the electrical activity in all living cells, tissues and organisms that store metabolic energy. Biogmagnetism is the study of the interaction between biological systems and electromagnetic fields, including those produced by living cells, tissues or organisms.

A reflexologist does not diagnose, treat or cure conditions, but supports the body's innate healing mechanism to restore balance at cellular level.
